I am excited to offer mini sessions in the studio. Sessions will last 20 minutes and you will receive 10 to 15 images to choose from and will also include a personalized in studio ordering session approximately one week after your session. The cost is $399 and you will receive a $300 print credit. The first available dates are March 25th and April 1st. Contact the studio to book your appointment. And because I can’t post without at least one picture, here is one more from this little cutie’s mini…

It was such a treat to photograph this little guy. I get to see him again when he is sitting up; how lucky am I? And can you believe how beautiful baby blues??

I am getting quite settled into the studio and have to say that I wish I had made the leap a long time ago. I love shooting in the studio and had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family shortly before Christmas and I am just now getting around to posting. It’s hard to believe that I have been photographing them since she was pregnant with their little guy. What a privilege it is to watch these beautiful families grow.

These boys were born early and spent a good bit of time in the NICU before they were able to come home. They are doing just awesome now and I had the pleasure of hanging out with them for a few hours last week. Although they were a little older than I typically photograph new babies, we were able to get some really sweet shots of them and they were SO good for me! They just happen to have some super cool parents as well

I don’t know why but I hardly ever photograph baby girls. I don’t know why that is. They are so different, their features are so delicate, so tiny. This little princess was SO good for me, she slept the entire time. And even though I made her Grandpa very nervous (which was so sweet) she acted like she didn’t even know I was there. I have a feeling that this little girl is never going to wonder if she is loved.

I am having some email issues. I believe they are limited to the contact section of my web site but we are still looking into the problem. The terrible thing about it is that I am getting some but not others with no rhyme or reason so I think it is possible it has been going on for a while. If you have emailed me and not heard back from me, PLEASE call me! I check email regularly (sometimes too regularly) and it is not like me AT ALL to ignore emails. I am hoping to get this resolved soon but until then if you do not hear back from me within 24 hours call. And because no post feels quite right without a photograph, I thought I would share a couple pictures of my little turkey’s, Cade and Brody. Cade is such an awesome big brother and gives the best hugs. Makes my heart melt just a little.

I photographed this little one’s sister when she was newborn. I literally feel like it was only months ago. And even though she wasn’t so sure about getting her picture with her sister, she did give us one really sweet shot. They were both so good for me and I have never known anyone love books the way she does. Maybe she will grow up to be a World Famous author one day

I have to admit that when a parent really wants to get a particular shot at a newborn session it makes me a little nervous. Reason being, babies sense it. They feel the tension, the desire, they know that dad is literally saying a prayer ‘Please God let him stay asleep while we balance him on the football”. Well I have to admit that this is probably the first time that particular prayer came into play at one of my newborn sessions but hey, I am up for anything. Dad got his wish. Can you believe how tiny he looks propped up on that ball? What an amazing family.

I was so excited to have the oppurtunity to photograph this amazingly beautiful mama and her hubby in the studio. She owns Aquali Salon and Spa in Valrico. If you haven’t checked it out you must, it is fabulous! My entire family goes there, well with the exception of Brody because I refuse to cut his baby hair
I can’t wait to meet their new baby!!

One of my favorite things about my job is watching families grow. It is an honor when someone chooses me to capture their memories and it is an even bigger honor when they come back again and again. I love this family, I really do. I know, I know I say that about everyone I photograph and it is true. We decided to shoot their session at their new house on David Island. What an amazing house, and the light well it was just perfect. We had a great time as usual and even got the pets in on the action. I can’t wait to see you all again!!
